On the 25th October 2017, Observer Group Golan conducted a Handover/ Takeover Ceremony in Camp Ziouani presided over by Deputy Chief of Staff UNTSO Col Petteri Kajanmaa. The ceremony included a medal parade for UNTSO UNMOs and the official handover of Chief Observer Group Golan (COGG) from Lt Col Robert Kiely (Ireland) to Lt Col Darryl Bridgeman (Australia).
