Mogadishu – As Somalis gather to mark Eid al-Adha, the United Nations in Somalia extends its warmest wishes to all on this special occasion.
“On behalf of the entire United Nations family in Somalia, I wish you all a peaceful and happy Eid Al-Adha, and join you in the spirit of solidarity, tolerance and compassion that are the hallmarks of this festive time – Eid Mubarak! Ciid Wanaagsan!,” said the UN Secretary-General’s Special Representative for Somalia, James Swan.
