Wau is the second largest city in Southern Sudan, on the western banks of the Jur River, and is the capital of Western Bahr el Gazal State.
Wau is located T 7°42’N 27°59’E, with a nice climate, compared to the rest of the country. Wau has two seasons: dry season from December to April, and rainy season the rest of the year. Altitude: 438 meters
