Mundri

General Information:
Mundri Town is located within Western Equatorial State, Southern Sudan
Population: 33,000 (west)
 
According to UNMIS JLOC recce report dated 26 May 10, Mundri is the third largest town/trading center in Western Equatoria State. It links Yambio and Juba and has relatively good structural development after the signing of the CPA. The road to Yambio is accessible throughout the year and the distance from Mundri Town is 151 kms. No UN agency has established offices in Mundri Town; however there are some INGO’s within the area. There are Community Based Organizations well established in the area.
